The classic, sharp Dijon-style mustard that's an essential ingredient in vinaigrettes and many dressings, in sandwiches, and is also incredible on just plain buttered toast. 

The original recipe from Dijon was made with verjuice or champagne. We make it with a non-alcoholic wine and a sour fruit blend of our own design.
