Forager's Preserve (Signature, Seasonal)

Our signature seasonal preserve that is sweet, tart, and a little wild, with overtones of spice, flowers and pine-- like having a picnic on a forest floor.

This batch uses nearly 25 different ingredients in total:

1. Generous helpings of: 
   Organic mulberries, strawberries, apples, and pears.
2. Flavours from the forest:
   Wild nilgiri raspberries, eleocarpus serratus fruit, hill guava, and forest honey.
3. Rounded off with:
   Ripe pazhani hill bananas and lisbon lemon juice, from our own orchards
4. Infused with medicinals and aromatics: 
   spices, herbs and flowers like juniper, rosemary, sage, holy basil, nasturtium flowers, roses, olive leaves, galangal, black ginger, and our secret spice blend.
